A deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) is required, payable only by money order payable to "Rose Hall" or cash, due at the time of booking. This required deposit is non-refundable.

ROSE HALL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
For the safety of our guests and to ensure the perfect event, we ask that you abide by the following:
- Person responsible for the rental agreement must be at least 21 years of age, and the responsible person(s) must attend the entirety of the event. Valid state identification required and copies will be made for our records.
- Bringing outside tables and chairs for your events is allowed. However, they must be removed from Rose Hall at the end of the event.
- Alcohol can only be served in an “OPEN BAR” status. Cooking of food and sales of food and beverages is prohibited.
- If you need additional time added on to your party, please let us know before your event begins. This will allow us to add the additional cost for that time to the balance, due the day of the party.
- The hall has a maximum capacity of 140 people for the indoor and outdoor patio area. Per city mandate, the event must end no later than 2 a.m.
- It is strongly advisable to have security or police presence in place.
- Hall must be left in the same condition issued and cleared of all the debris from the tables. Place garbage in the outside bins provided. Please remove all decorations from the premises.
- Alcohol cannot be sold unless an authorized licensed vendor is selling alcohol.
- All decorations must be flame retardant.
- Table candles must be in glass or non-flammable containers.
- The use of thumbtacks or pins are not permitted anywhere in the hall. You must use painters tape to secure your decorations.
- There is no smoking inside the hall. Smoking is permitted outside only.
- Utilization of confetti of all types is prohibited.
To ensure Rose Hall can create a memorable experience for your event, a three-hundred dollar deposit will be collected at the time of booking to secure your event. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be credited towards the cost of your event should you book with us.
